Sounds like I should use a good corpus build? And yeah, I'd love to have the despair! >.<
me personally, suggest staying just out of melee range and keep moving, rolling or sliding side to side, as stated above watch out for his absorb, I also try and get in a nice open area when I know he is coming so I dont lose sight of him!

If you can catch him when he very first spawns you have a second or two to drain his shield, but it wont touch his health until he starts moving, he also shows up on enemy radar or whatever the mod is called, cant remember, oh and the synapse melts him in an instant, yours sincerely, dread and despair owner! :) have fun!

I'm on the PS4 and would like to know what's the best place to level up mastery the fastest without doing mobile defence as I really hate running around with the hacking device in my hand.

Ah so I need to re rank my weapons or my mastery won't increase??
once you hit rank 30 for the FIRST time on your weapon, that weapon will NOT give you affinity even if you built a new one or forma'd it, the best way IMO is to always try and have something in the foundry building for your next gaming session, be it a weapon or warframe or sentinel why not all? I'm mastery rank 10 BTW, hope this helps :)

the way I've been gaining mastery is with the affinity booster, unranked melee, secondaries and primaries, unranked or low level frame and a few friends/clan members and just do a few runs on ODD,works a treat! hope this helps

I've had a few harvester encounters recently, all 3 spawns happened when running invasions versus corpus, supporting the grineer. not had a spawn outside of the invasion missions yet, thats my experience on ps4 patch 11.5. hopes this helps

just slapped my second v polarity on this today, my sweeper sentinel has a sad face because I took all his maxed out and corrupted shotgun mods from him,,, BEAST of a gun and lots of fun, does not need modding for fire rate IMO, dont forget the multishot mod for extra fireworks, have fun :)

The harvester will only spawn in corpus til-sets so once you get a deathmark the easiest way get him to spawn is to play survival up to 5 mins, because the harvester spawns around 4:02 mins into the game, 3:00 mins for the stalker.
I've had 3 harvey spawns from invasion missions, last 1 was about an hour or two ago, within 1 minute

You kill a boss, and you get a death mark. Then you just do missions until stalker attacks you. Rince and repeat, thats pretty much all you can do for that.
For harvester it is different, you have to do invasion missions against corpus, do like 5-7 or so and you should receive a death mark. Then it is also a waiting game for the harvester to attack you, tho the more people in the mission that have a death mark higher chance of harvester showing up.
Not sure if this is in the ps4 version yet or not, but the stalker and Alad V(harvester death mark) will send you a inbox message if you have been death marked.
^^^^^^^^^^^^THIS but,,,,,,,alad v mail is not on ps4 yet, thinking it was maybe something to do with a hotfix on pc that never made it onto our patch (ps4) I've killed stalker about 7-8 times and harvester 3 times. at the OP if you have any questions or need any help I'm pretty sure you know where i'm at ;) will be on in a few hours for harvey farming

if it helps I run most of my invasions solo, take my time (at least 5 mins) although the spawn i got not less than an hour ago was on invite only with 1 clan member, supporting grineer is said to be mark, no way of telling if you're marked (that i know of) yet, seems I have something that harvey wants, oh yeah by the way he spawned at lvl 30 all 3 times, add me on psn if you want screenshot for proof, good luck in your hunt

I keep hearing people talking about the harvester on PS4, but he was introduced 'after' 11.5, right? I was under the impression he would come in with the next patch.
harvester is defenitely in ps4 at this very moment! killed it 3 times had 1 drop, the main blueprint for detron, 15-20 invasion runs between spawns up until now

This completely explains why I keep seeing these invasion nodes being pushed towards Grineer (oddly, on PS4 I'm seeing the Pluto node being pushed back to Corpus for some reason).
Still, I would laugh if there was an equivalent hunter-killer for the Grineer - some kind of Scorpion with Heavy Gunner primary, ground slam, and Alloy Armor all in the tiny frame.
I've been telling my friends and clan mates about the harvester, think they thought i was telling stories until I got the spawn yesterday, I've not heard of anyone of my clan or friends meeting the harvester yet, just made up that I can confirm it now is on ps4

I don't think at version 11.5.8 that the email system is in place yet, also you don't have the update that guarantees a drop and doubled his spawn rate. My advice would be to wait for the next update before wasting time trying to farm it with the tougher conditions. If you do wish to farm it now though then just keep supporting grineer in the invasions.

I have been following a thread about the harvester but with me reading from pc thread then trying to guess what stage I am at with the ps4, thanks for the swift reply and advice, I did not get mail from alad v, I just got the spawn, does this mean that i will get mail next mark? because from what I've read this is where there was issues on pc, I may be wrong though

If you want to buy a frame right now buy Loki he does'nt become available until near the end of the system and he's only 75 Plat comes ready Potatoed and with a slot so 40 Plat worth thrown in. And a Carrier Sentinal very useful and same price.
Other than that has anyone mentioned SLOTS!

to the OP, buy a load of warframe slots, buy a load of weapon slots, buy all the warframes that are low price, ie loki, volt, 75 plat each, for which you get a reactor and a warframe slot, loki will enable you to kill the first few bosses with ease with invisibility, which in turn will earn you blue prints for other warframes,, now you should be filling them warframe slots which you WISELY purchased, keep your plat for catalysts and reactors rushing forma and stuff like that, big big mistake if you go pay 300 plus platinum for something which you can get from a boss, that you are going to need to beat to progress in the game anyway, but if you got dollars to burn who am I to stop you,,, have fun and be wise

so I was doing an Grineer v Corpus invasion yesterday solo, was about my fourth run on this invasion when I got a Harvester spawn, for the first time, proceeded to kill it but there was no drop! if anyone knows how to get the harvester "deathmark" I would greatly appreciate any advice or help.

ODD solo, prime enemies, charge anti matter and launch at primed enemies, massive damage numbers, smiley face, learns that there is more to nova than 4,, builds another ODD key to go solo, bigger numbers, again smiley face. have fun! :)

try setting secondary/melee weapon up for the smaller stuff then mod out your primary for the big stuff sees me to 50 min + survivals! have fun

If you have the mod, it should be on your sentinel. And yes, it does help.
The basic way to deal with the stalker is situational awareness (where is he?) and then blasting his &#! on spawn with a seriously tuned weapon. That's it. You can improve your chances by warning your teammates ("Stalker on me, the banshee"), bunching up when the lights flicker, getting on a box (avoiding slash/dash), but it all comes down to lighting him up when he spawns as your best bet.
The last three times I've met him, he died in seconds. A full Soma mag to the back of the head. A face full of Bronco Prime. Violating his whole zipcode with a full drum of Boar Prime. In every situation, he was DRT.
Of course, if you get caught out with a low level 'frame or low level weapons, then warning your teammates and running around screaming while they kill him is always a viable strategy.
THIS^^^^^^^^^ plus the stalker shows up on enemy radar which IMO is of more use, due to the fact you can see him on mini map the instant he spawns, then you got roughly 2 seconds to take his shields the instant he spawns,his health is invincible at this point, by this time you should be reloading for when he starts moving, then bam couple of shots and he's history, my strategy is to stay just out of melee range whilst doing this, plus if he goes into absorb and take cover, listen for the boom then you got another free chance to put half a clip into him, stalkers kind of easy if you can catch him spawning,, I'm trying to find out how to get the harvester to spawn! because it has been stated that he is about on ps4 he is just "waiting" grineer battle pay? kill corpus bosses? anybody?
