Corpus Juno Crewman cannot be cut into pieces like normal crewman can. I'm guessing this is unintentional as Juno Crewman and normal crewman like those seen on the corpus outpost tileset share a model, so I don't see why they should be immune.

I've noticed that the team is more comfortable with adding more nodes onto planets or things like Dagath's abyssal zone. Any thoughts on trying to fix up Alad V's storyline via something like this? Because it's currently out of order. He goes from normal, to cured, to infested in the current quest order, when it should be normal, infested, cured. On the topic of Alad V's story, are there any plans to translate old story related events to quests? I 100% think this will help everyone's comprehension of the story, especially all the new people coming from Destiny 2. These old events are a part of what gives warframe its charm, so I don't think any harm would come from it.

100% agree, I don't think it'd be too difficult to transform them into quests even if they need to remake some of it.

Alad V carries a lot of story significance with his involvement in the Second Dream and beyond, but his story is entirely out of order. He goes from normal, to cured, to infested. Not to mention a lot of that story was locked behind time limited events starting with Gradivus Dilemma, The Hunt For Alad V, Suspicious Shipments, Breeding Grounds, Mutalist Incursions, Tubemen of Regor, and Shadow Debt. I think these should be translated into proper quests. A potential suspicious shipments quest could have nodes appear around Europa like how Dagath's Abyssal mission appears around Ceres. Infested Alad quest could also be moved to a node around Europa. I really think that DE could reintroduce these as some sort of secondary content to an Infested Ship rework or even the Infested Liches. Similar to how Jovian Concord and the Corpus Ship rework touched on both old and new content. I think a lot more time limited events should become quests too, (A Favor For Darvo and Ties That Bind especially come to mind), but Alad's are the most story relevant.
