If this is so, and it is actually a bug, and people follow this kind of advice to abuse it while it is going on that is potentially calling for a wipe. Be responsible.

I think my biggest problem between the Rhino and the Frost is the Speed, frost moves at 2x the speed of rhino.... and they have the same tanky stats...

No. Abilities do count. Rhino gets to use his tanky ability, and run around clobbering everything. Frost's only tanky ability is a stationary AOE (snow globe). So sure he can bounce around a tad bit faster, but he can't stray very far from his frigid sanctuary.

Ah. That's what you meant. I think it makes sense to some degree. When training in firearms a good way to start is to watch some one who knows what they are doing first (or in some cases people who don't know what they are doing so you can see what NOT to do.)

As long as other players on your team use weapons if you are close enough you will get XP for it.

They aren't reskins. They have different stats, and polarities. Nice presentation though. Had me excited.

Yeah that's gotta be a bug. I just tried it and it can go the other way too. By putting your cursor over it, and slowly dragging it down the card will enlarge.

Once you reveal yourself and everyone has been alerted to your presence, you cannot perform stealth attacks at all, even if you go invisible.
Not true. A few times I've had the opportunity to stealth kill while the alarm was on.

Do you run out of stamina while blocking? That might be why you put your sword away.

It depends on the weapon. Heavies should usually go for charge damage. However if you do decide to use charge damage for any weapon getting both reflex coil, AND fury will help improve DPS. Reflex coil will reduce the time you need to hold the button while charging while fury increases the speed of the attack animation.

That's pay2win faster. I wouldn't consider it completely pay2win.

What I mean is people don't get how things like this work. If they announce it to every one then more people will exploit it, and then everything the first person got all excited about will be taken away. I'm not supporting this kind of behavior. I'm just pointing it out.
And I want the devs to take care of it as soon as possible.
