I am also getting stuck underneath the water. It only happens when trying to get out of the water.

Many times people wait until the 1 second mark or less to extract or stay in the mission, and most annoying, in void fissures. I think that an addition of a 2 second timer to the clock if someone switches within the last 2 seconds should be enough to allow people to make a good decision on whether to stay or not, this should only happen once, or twice at most.
