Consoles are usually six to eight weeks behind PC.
Also consider that DE goes on holiday halfway through December into early January.
Chance are good we won't see the Nekros and Ember deluxe skins until 2018.

The moment DE introduces a system that depletes stockpiles is the moment immediately before DE introduces a system that gives value to those stockpiles.
Just look at Baro, prime parts, ducats, and prime vault as the best example of this.
I remember the days when you couldn't give away Ember Prime sets because they had no value.

Alright, I got my L.A Noire fix in yesterday. Now I'm ready to get down and dirty with the PoE update. I'm talking filthy, nasty, knee-deep, unhealthy kinds of commitment to banging my head against that rng wall, baby. Lets do dis!

Akstiletto Prime for me.
High crit chance, strong status chance, automatic, hit-scan, super-quick reload speed.
If you're a fan of dual-wielded weapons, they're the top choice.

Warframe has been my #1 game for the past four years.
I still love the game, but I fire up the launcher, get into the game and ask myself...
...but I'm ready for PoE, so...reasons...

I doubt it'll be anything different from Umbra given to Chinaframe years ago.
Which was only a new Excalibro skin with 6000 new mastery xp to earn.
Although I'm...open...to being surprised, DE.

Personally, I only use potatoes and forma on a piece a gear if I enjoy using it.
Even if a new weapon has power creep over what I currently use, if I don't enjoy using it...then there's no point in investing additional resources.

Let me start by saying that Warframe...is the only reason I still have my PS4 now. I look at the upcoming games shown at Paris Games Week...and I'm bored to tears. I go on Wikipedia and look at the games list, hoping to find something. I see Cyberpunk 2077...and nothing else. I was looking forward to Path of Exiles and Black Desert Online coming to consoles, but unfortunately those tiles are Xbone timed exclusives for the next year or more.
So I find myself sitting here, just waiting for PS5.
Time to hit my backlog of games I guess.

I can't live without handspring anymore.
Unless it's a frame, like Rhino (iron skin) or Atlas (passive), where using it would be a waste of a slot.

Nothing official. PC is still going through hotfixes (PoE has had over a dozen since its release). Between selecting a cutoff point for certification submission, finishing the cert build, submitting the cert build, waiting for the build to pass cert, and then selecting a day to release the update...consoles players will probably be waiting another three to six weeks.

I delete the stock variant when I acquire the prime variant.
Chances are I'll delete the prime variant when I get the umbra variant as well.

If you're after a blessing build then you'll want to increase power strength (150% power strength for 75% damage reduction), duration (for link and blessing longevity), and range (to increase the reach of ev and link). My personal build is a middle-of-the-road blessing build. Even though Trinity has near-infinite energy with ev, I like to have max efficiency on my frames. It's a personal preference. Try it out. Modify it to your taste.

Streamline / Fleeting Expertise r3 / Primed Continuity / Quick Thinking
Primed Flow / Transient Fortitude / Constitution / Stretch

You should get a pm mentioning that your emblem has been approved.
Once you get that, you'll have to wait until the next console update, which won't be until mid to late November.

Right now, Mirage is either the first choice or first alternative to Zephyr, in which case Mirage Prime will release in March 2018.
Mesa is little more than a dark-horse-choice at the moment, with her Prime due to arrive in December 2018.

PoE was released on PC on October 12th. Slightly more than "3 or 4 weeks after they received it".
But you are...sort of correct.
After looking at the post dates for previous updates, DE's update scheduled has been more frequent than the six to eight weeks I suggested.
