DE announced (last week) that PC will get no more weekly updates between now and PoE.
DE is in crunch mode. PoE on PC is coming "very soon".

That's the part that bums me out.
After 21.7.0 consoles won't get another update until sometime in November, which will be Plains of Eidolon.

Worse yet, a riven's stats can decrease if an unpopular weapon becomes popular. The sicarus prime is a good example. Right now it has a disposition of very strong. But that disposition could change to strong, neutral, weak, or very weak as more and more people realize how stupid-amazing the sicarus prime is.

Considering how popular the zenurik and naramon schools are over the other schools...I knew it was bound to happen. Firstly, I'm surprised the rework is coming this soon (with PoE), I wasn't expecting the rework until after The Sacrifice. Secondly, I'm happy players are getting a refund of all their focus points to respec. DE could've easily just wiped all player progress. Lastly, as others have points out, I'm hoping the focus system is more interesting more...refined maybe. I'd like to see each school specialize and cater to specific play styles or even specific frames perhaps?
Regardless, I'm eager for this preview. Let the hammer fall.

Syndicate standing, 25k = 10p. Augments are easiest to sell. Weapons aren't worth selling, imo. Players are reluctant to trade more than 25p for a 100k+ standing item.
Raid arcanes. A good portion of them don't sell well at all (those arcanes with resistances), but the arcanes that enhance damage output and survivability sell very well. Arcane strike (20p per), arcane guardian (30p-40p per), arcane avenger (100p-150p per), arcane grace (100p-200p per), arcane energize (250p-325p per), etc. They're the most popular.
From sortie. Rivens. Veiled rivens sell more consistently than unveiled rivens for unpopular weapons. But then you have to choose. Would you rather sell a veiled riven for 20p-75p (depends on the weapon type the riven is for) or would you rather roll the dice? If you chose to unveil that riven you might end up with a riven that nobody wants or you'll end up with a riven that can command a 2000p asking price in the trade tab.

Rhino's second skill, Iron Skin, is what makes him tanky. Slotting steel fiber would be a waste of a slot, because it would never be utilized. Mod for power strength to increase Iron Skin's health. And maybe consider slotting the Iron Shrapnel augment which will allow you do decast-recaste Iron Skin quickly.
Edit: my fault, looks like armor rating adds to Iron Skin's overall health value. Shows everyone how often I play Rhino, smh lol.
P.S. - Me personally?
I prefer a general-use, high efficiency build.
Energy Siphon (or Corrosive Projection or Loot Detector) / Power Drift
Continuity (Primed Continuity) / Streamline / Fleeting Expertise r3 / Quick Thinking
Over Extended / Intensify / Transient Fortitude / Iron Shrapnel
P.P.S - after reading how the armor rating affects Iron Skin health, perhaps it's time I take another at the Ironclad Charge augment?

PC will get it first. Then DE usually take a couple weeks to iron out additional bugs. Then DE have to pick a cutoff point as to which PC build gets selected for console build cert submission. Then the four to six week gap between console updates also factors in.
So for instance, if PC gets PoE on say September 28th.
Consoles wouldn't receive PoE until November 14th, at the earliest.
And the longer PC waits...the longer consoles wait.

DE doesn't want an AFK trade system in this game. DE wants you to spend time in the trade tab. We usually see a thread like yours pop up a couple or few times every year. The question is even brought up once or twice a year live on devstreams. Each and every time the question is asked the answer is, "no".

You have to keep in mind that DE is a company of roughly one-hundred to one-hundred and fifty employees, spread across at least two games that we know of. Warframe and The Amazing Eternals. DE isn't a company like Ubisoft Monteal (Assassin's Creed: Origins) or Bungie (Destiny 2) that have several hundred employees. DE have to take extra care with which content they pick and choose to work on.

My point is that there are other areas of the game that are higher on the WIP.
PoE, The Sacrifice, the dark sector rework, the clan-based boss takedown addition (aka - nemesis system), the clan passive system, etc.

I enjoy playing both of them. I just recently discovered there are some areas in Jordas Verdict where Reinforced Corpus Storage Containers appear and have been scanning them. That part is neat. And getting a shot at Arcane Energize is fun too.
I would like to see an Orokin/Corrupted Raid down the road at some point. Where we would have a chance at scanning Reinforced Orokin Storage. Then we would have a trifecta of Raids where each faction has a Raid. And we can be 1 step closer to making the road to a complete index a reality.
Also I would like to see some way for people to practice these missions without getting access to the loot tables.
The last time DE showed us metrics for missioned played they showed that trials were played less than 2% across all of Warframe's available missions.
Right up there with PvP.
DE isn't going to put much effort into content that's played less than 2% of the time.
