i cant load in the game though i key in the right password

Although I typed the correct password, I couldn't load it in the game. I always had to type my password again and again. Sometimes it needed to be typed twenty or thirty times.

I can confirm that my passwords have been corrected. I wrote them in a note and copied them. make sure they have no problem. It's so terrible

Try verifying and then optimizing your cache through the launcher. These options are under the gear icon next to the language selector on the upper right corner of the launcher window.

i have asked support for help，but they think i can load in the game though i need to type password many times ,so it s no problem?? i also provide error report ,and catch my network packet but i can only receive an auto mail and the last one tell me: we can see you load in the game background ，so we think your problem have benn solved???i have nothing to say  so terrible
