I used the iOS app free trial (and went through quite an technical ordeal to get it running, if anyone wants to hear that story); subscribed around the 3rd. 2. I originally turned off auto-renew, but decided to keep the subscription on just in case PCG checked their database. 3. I sent two emails, one on the 7th after my code had not come in, and a second copy of the same on the 11th, after I received the "Welcome to your digital subscription" email. 4.
