or we are supposed to use the letter that the number has taken the place of.

Not all of the numbers take the place of a letter though. My guess is that we're supposed to somehow use all of those numbers, instead of decrypting that entire text, and for the text, I would think that we're supposed to focus on the hidden text.

"Take to the Snow" Corpus Ice Planet Tileset
"Assemble and Bring Back the Flare." It could be Capture, Rescue, or Hijack. We'll be bringing things back in all of those. The Flare is probably just a metaphor for morale, telling the people of Solaris (who The Business has said have given up their fight against the Corpus) that they can fight back once again.

There is a Tileset where a bridge connect a big sinkhole, and in the bottom there is a Orokin structure and many yellow flares. I could try to link a picture later to make my point. If I remember it's on Venus.

I know the one you mean, the one on Corpus Outpost tilesets where you've got all of that Orokin metal in an excavated area. If the term 'flare' was literal, though, we would also have to include that cavernous ravine room on the same tileset. That one has flares too, and possibly other areas that I'm forgetting about.

You haven't even tried to relate the 11 numbers/words in text to the 11 numbers/letters in the error log.

You mean like this:

1-G3ntleman
22-1n, 23-4ladyship, 24-Improve2d
65-f3et
84-favour8ble, 85-assur3
103-7horoughly
142-a5pplauded, 143-C0nsider
146-3may

or, sorted by the numbers in the text

143-C0nsider
22-1n
24-Improve2d
85-assur3
65-f3et
146-3may
1-G3ntleman
23-4ladyship
142-a5pplauded
103-7horoughly
84-favour8ble

Did that a while ago, but couldn't think of anything useful out of it.  Perhaps someone else could?

Curious, but all other evidence says otherwise. First week of November (the 7th) ; updates are typical on Wednesdays (the 7th is a Wednesday) and there will be one more server update on the 5th, meaning the 6th likely will be double-checking if everything is good to go, and the 7th the release. Assuming DE doesn't release it beforehand.

Also remember that the end date for Sacrifice Statue ordering is on the 9th, could be also tip for the earliest possible release date.

No idea if this means anything, Data.txt was already supposedly solved, got the password etc. but when running it through Base64 with an ASCII alphabet set I got:

In the first paragraph. Is this anything or is the decoder just giving me an error?
