Allow us to select lower ranks of Focus abilities

As the title says, can get an option to use a lower level of a Focus tree skill that we have unlocked?

For example, moves such as "Void Aegis: Void Mode creates a shield that grows up to 5m / 8m / 10m / 12m over 5s."  It would be nice if we could set it to a level of our choosing so that we could set it to a small bubble for normal missions, and back to a large bubble when on plains of Eidolon etc.

Or maybe we ranked up a node before realizing it was a useless waste of energy, but still need to keep it active because we really want to use the next node down the tree... regrets
