E.g., with Intensify, Steel Fiber and maximum Scorn at rank 3, Chroma's armor will be at: Base Armor × (1 + Armor Mods + Scorn Modifier × (1 + Strength Mods)) = 350 × (1 + 1.1 + 3.5 × (1 + 0.3)) = 2,327.5 (instead of 735 without the ability). 0 Xzorn Posted January 2, 2019 Share Posted January 2, 2019 Pretty much long as you have decent Power Strength on Chroma; There's no reason to use Steel Fiber on him. You're better off with HP mods. In my various calculations of his new eHP builds you pretty much go Umbra Fire or QT Ice. Umbra Fire caps around 35k eHP, gets better value from Arcane Grace and can justify using two sets but is more prone to energy drain. QT Ice caps around 66k eHP, gets less value from Grace but is more resistant to energy drain, esp with Energize which is his form of a 2nd Grace.
