novalery
Yeah like make the enemies magnetized... as in they were pulled toward one another and stuck together while being magnetized make enemies under corrosive become punchthroughable... make enemies who died under radiation burst into radiation bubble that stays for a while Edited February 1, 2019 by novalery
(PSN)I_I_Hope_I_I
How is it bad ? What changed ? Ideas to make it better ? You cant expect people to agree whit you whiteout giving a reason, stats or math to explain why Magnetic is now useless. Because unless it got nerfed, Magnetic is great against Corpus shield units since it depleats shields by 75% wen you proc it. HugintheCrow
Actually, Magnetic is in fact pretty useless, since you can just BYPASS shields with slash/poison. But magnetic was always bad. No recent changes have happened.
evilChair
Maybe there would be a point to magnetic if you couldn't circumvent proto-shields (or whatever higher-grade shield analogues to alloy armour are called) with slash/toxin, and instead had to remove protos first to even start applying damage+procs to actual health. The grineer ferrite/alloy armour distinction with a common +25% puncture susceptibility is a good example of how you split the player between corr. and rad. with such an inefficient bonus to the shared puncture weakness, so there should be an analogous split with shields/proto shields in some way, preferably in that proto-shields should cloak health entirely until 0'ed.
