New warframe idea?

today im with an new warframe for me sound goods let me think what about everyone.

name: temor or Deciding a creative name

 

passive: Hacks any Console Instantanly without a cipher with cooldown of 30s and after hacking a console gives you + 15% sprint and 15% parkour velocity for 20 seconds 

 

first abilitie: Hologram

restore All allies and your ammo for 100% and deploy one decoy that buffs yourself with more 10% elemental damage based on energy color and each enemy killed grants more 1% stacking 20 times for 30 seconds(not based on power strenght) also give bonus reload speed rolster speed(based on pwr strenght)

second abilitie: Random tp

teleport any random enemie to your location leting him confused for 4 seconds , when holded can switch Location with target

 

third abilitie: nano-cloack

cloack yourself with high advanced tecnology  for 50 seconds, when cloacked you can't shoot but can do parkour acrobats

 

fourth abilitie: Five turrets

spawn five turrets arround warframe with radius of 10m  and 15 seconds and Each turret deals damage equal 5% of enemy hp and when a enemie is killed on abilitie radius gives more 5% Hp damage on turrets stacking max 15 times 

 

base sprint: 1.30

 

 

i know the names sound weird but i wanted to pass only the idea.

passive -like insta buy for spy sortie ? 😄

whats is point or how to say it idea ? design ? its support spy and deployer O_O

1 ammo restore is too powerfull thing it cant be a skill simply cant and if only passive cuz skills are spammable in wf and energy is ez to get - too op

2 point ? if its random - you cant change where you go , look at  loki 3 its usseles and he can change enemy

 

3 50sec :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

unmoded ? yes you cant shoot but its not balance in lootandshoot game you simply need to shoot a lot again its perfect for spy but only for spy

4 its good skill for vauban again pointles for spy

random enemies Get confused and try killing themselves or you can just scape 

well passive that's not op because When you enter on a spy, You have 2 hack consol and you wont wait 30s for hack the main painel right?  if you wait the spy mission will took like 10 min

That would come as broken. 1m and 30s/2 minutes of cooldown could help, with an increase of 20% sprint and 25% parkour speed for 35 seconds.

This one goes between broken and useless. Broken because you can refill everyone's ammo (which would cause a spam of Supra/Gorgon/Soma users), useless because certain weapon doesn't have a large magazine size (Lenz also has inner ammo mutation, which doesn't come as handy), and most of them has enough ammo capacity to let Carrier fill them until they're full. The idea of increasing elemental damage with a decoy is neat, but i hardly think that could work.

It's similar to Loki's third ability, except that a random enemy is selected. That may become improductive, especially because there are two certain type of eximus that can annoy you: Parasitic and Energy Leech ones. Imagine if you use that ability with a team of people, and you straight up take a Parasitic Eximus.

This is kinda neat: Stealth that is used as proper stealth. But while this is neat, it's also difficult. Especially since we have Loki with Hushed Invisibility. Yet, improving parkour acrobats is kinda nice. Only problem, is that 50 seconds. Which would mean 50 seconds of not shooting, and being accidentaly unable to shoot a group of Nullifiers (if they appear).

This ability, while is nice, should have been something that Vauban could use.

I can suggest one: Nano-Reinforcement

Spawns 2/3/4/5 nano-machine drones that attacks enemies, each one with 300/500/800/1200 health, 50/100/200/300 armor and 400/550/700/900 shields. Digital drones can shoot an explosive projectile that deals 200/250/300/350 radiation damage, which a 20/30/40/50% chance to prevent enemies to use their abilities and disable Eximus's powers for 7/9/12/15 seconds. The drones cannot be healed, and their projectiles cannot affect nullifiers's bubble shields. Casting the ability again will refill drones's health. While the ability is active, you cannot call other drones, unless they're destroyed, but only 2/3/4/5 nano-machine drones can be on the field per time.

Healh, Armor, Shields and projectile power are affected by power strenght. Effect duration is affected by power duration. Drone spawn number is not affected by power duration.

It's similar to Loki's third ability, except that a random enemy is selected.
