I think you need at least the starting Intensify , streamline , split chamber , flow( that you already have ) and at least one aura with the matching polarity.

At this point you have 2 choice either you farm them or you get an NH that can give some to you or give you a hand in mission ( like Mag did ^.^ )

Oh and the laphantis is a boss in the derelic i have a bunch of key left from farming a gun called the Hema alone for my clan. Believe me i can taxi you there until eternity ^.^ 

Feel free to add me in game my ign is the same as here ill check if i have another starter kit for you (i'm pretty sure i do )

@MagPrime yeah you are right mag is not "Mag is perfect for everything, everywhere!" but MagPrime is just perfect ^.^
