Hysterical Assault in Melee 2.9997?

It's been a while since I played Valkyr, but I took her for a spin to level a zaw to guild for the Nightwave.  I could have sworn Hysterical Assault used to activate with alt-fire, but with channeling now taking that slot and unable to be rebound, it seems that augment is just broken now.  Or maybe this is just a controller thing?

I remember testing it when the update came out but I can't remember if it worked or not. Maybe while aiming or aim-gliding?

If not then it is just an oversight.

You can't rebound on controller.

My channeling is bound to Alt.
