They mentioned it in Devstream 122. It's also going by the name 'Empyrean' and they're hoping to release it sometime during the summer (IIRC they said spring/summer border, but this is DE so... yeah). If memory serves, they also mentioned that they want to try and integrate it with New War. And, taking that into account, New War is soon^tm-ish as they started mocap back in January, and for the Sacrifice the time period was mid-April (earliest mention of Sacrifice mocap on twitter) through to mid-June. That said, they worked on it almost exclusively back then unlike now, so my estimates put it more towards end of april through to May (or possibly June like Sacrifice, especially if they do combine the two). 

So yeah, my estimates are of a summer timeframe for Railjack.

I'm guessing you don't watch the Devstreams or look at the Devstream overviews. During Devstream 123 they showed off the Railjack Drydock that we will be building in our Dojo's. Here is the link to the overview.
