You have a 10 sec timer, if you don't pay attention, fair enough, run to the exit or stand your ground 5 waves. I would rather be forced to stay when not paying attention than forced to extract. Most of the time I want to carry on in the mission. If you want to leave, pay attention. Or just don't AFK.
