Orb Vallis stutters, fps drops and crashes

Basically, I join Orb Vallis (most of the times solo, although the same happens on multiplayer matches), the game stutters around and the fps drops to very low values, like 6, and 9 out of 10 times when I go back to Fortuna the game crashes, sometimes making me lose the progress on whatever I did in the Vallis.

Plains has the same stutters only when joining, and the frame drops aren't nearly as bad, although the game does crash sometimes when I come back to Cetus.

It feels weirdly as if I didn't have enough RAM to run the game or something, even though it never goes above 60% usage the game stutters as if I didn't have enough.

Specs are: I7 7700k, Gtx 1070, 8gb Ram, Windows 10.

Welp, so, I made the game run better, not sure on which setting I changed made it good, but, here's what I'm running

Vsync off

Uncapped framerate

Screen shake off

Runtime tessellation on

Local reflections off

Volumetric lighting on

High dynamic range on

Adaptive exposure on

Glare off

film grain off

ambient occlusion on

high shader quality on

dinamic resolution disabled

geometry detail medium

particle quality high

gpu particle high

shadow quality high

texture memory high

anisotropic filtering off

trilinear filtering off

anti aliasing smaa

depth of field off

motion blur off

bloom off

color correction on (never turn this off if you want your game to look good)

dynamic lighting on

character shadows on

weapon elemental effects off

Not sure on turning what off made a difference, but it runs good now, before I just had everything but bloom and other ugly things on
