Dakra Prime can't perform frontal finishers

I have tried many times with the powers of Equinox and Excalibur, none of which allows me to kill with a finisher frontally. I can only do it from behind.

Dakra Prime needs to get fixed, It is a worthless weapon, more if possible with this bug. Needs a buff too.

I seem to have the same problem with Korhkur. I can't perform any frontal finishers.
I think it has to do with the fact that new finisher animations were enabled a while back but got bugged somehow.
Maybe its happening across all Longsword weapons?

Okay I have been doing some Testing right now and it seems that certain weapon types arn't working
I have tested 2 types of weapons for each weapon class without any mods or stances and here are my results

Weapons that can trigger Frontal Finishers:
Staves, Dual Swords, Heavy Blades, Hammers, Polearms, Nunchaku, Daggers, Nikana, Gunblade, Sword & Shield

Weapons that can't trigger Frontal Finishers:
Swords

Weapons I couldn't test due to the fact I don't have those types:
Dual Daggers, Fists, Sparring, Glaive, Machete, Scythes, Tonfa, Warfans, Whips, Blade and Whips, Claws

I've also noticed that Frontal Finishers no longer show the 'finisher attack' trigger notification anymore. Something that may needs to be looked at soon.
