Probably where you live, I mean, it does sound self explanatory

where you are located in the world. you should probably be atleast moderately specific. your entire address as well as your country is a bit long for one box(remember, when you fill such intormation into a form normally that is housed in atleast 4 separate boxes, putting all of that into one seems like not the goal) so then it very likely just wants to know your ballpark geographical location.

so, State in US or Province in Country, something like that.

Why would you want to replace the CPU?
It is i5, but it is currently one of the best Intel ones on the market.
