Well the basic idea of NOT, AND and OR gates are pretty straightforward, but yea the deeper stuffs gets to me a lot T^T

Hey guys, I'm not really much of an expert when it comes to hardware, so hope you guys could help me out here. Any idea what's causing my screen to go all static-y? It resolves eventually if I were to 'adjust' the screen, but I'd like to know what's causing this since it seems to be progressively getting worse each time it occurs
