Yrkul Posted December 7, 2023 Share Posted December 7, 2023 Just turned a kitchen tool for pressing meat rolls into a book press and a brush rack. The thing was on sale and I reckon I've saved about 90-95%, compared to what rack and press usually costs to buy from new. Also got hold of a fitting hammer usually used for shoemaking. Now I can start making books from scratch, as well as restore old ones. As for the rack, All I did was drill holes of varying sizes along two lines on one sides of the frame, in a pattern that lets me reach a brush without touching another.
