Not a cure-all, and I feel I get less quality sleep when using it. Same goes for baldrian and valerian root. Then there's CBD oil, but that's not available in a lot of places. In Denmark it is used as low intensity pain management, and legal if without the THC compound. Certain types of ASMR or white noise can help as well. I use black screen thunder at times.
