Under 100 is Inititiate, 100-200 is Novice, 300-400 is Disciple, 500-600 is Seeker, and so on and so forth. I don't actually know. "Tenno Operative" title as people might or not know are given to people who do volunteer work for the DE localization team. A lot of the stuff in the text lines are under obvious NDA, because it's all subject to change, so i'm going a little out of line here. So do know that even though that's there, it's not certain to continue being there. For all we know they might limit the ranks to 10 levels, which would make more sense.
