When using my last forma, the game gives the prompt to reset the item to unranked without actually letting you choose a slot to change a poliaty - it simply consumes your forma if you continue. Now you're out a forma and have to waste your life ranking up the item an additional time. It might be specific to warframes, not sure. This is the second time this has happened to me. I also have exactly one aura forma and no umbral forma - not sure if that contributes to the bug, but I'm mentioning it just in case it does.
