Atmo systems not dropping from PT: Phase 1 or 2 (+others)

Looks like there's older bug reports for this. The old thread mentioned making a new thread.

I've gotten to know a lot of atmo farmers in the last few days. Everyone is grinding hard on phase 2 (some phase 1) and they aren't dropping. The total runs between the guy I just partied with, combined with my own runs, is over 130 runs. No idea what the group total is. Plenty of ALL of the other loot is dropping. Zero atmo systems though.

Also: 

- white screen between elevator and fortuna on re-entry.

- I loaded into a Phase 2 squad and got kicked for no fishing spear

- The previously-mentioned-elsewhere bug for being in arsenal and accepting the phase 2 mission causing the player to be immobile after mission start

- Upon completing phase 2 and exiting the elevator into fortuna, it moved me to the upstairs stalls on the eudico side of fortuna. Possibly above ticker? I dont recall exactly.

It's RNG.  Keep running and eventually you'll get them to drop.  The bright side is that once you get to the next rank you'll be able to purchase them from Little Duck.  Good luck.
