Oreades Posted September 3, 2019 Share Posted September 3, 2019 Tickets go through the support system https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us (for reference) however to my knowledge Support has never and can not apply Twitch drops to accounts on an individual/case by case basis. You're probably better off posting this in the bugs section of the forums and hoping that gets DEs attention with regards to the issue. There is definitely something broken with the drops system. I think I "watched" like 17 or so hours of partners on Twitch (the first few I actually watched for a couple hours then I left it running over night when nothing had dropped) and never had it drop, the day it finally did drop I'd fired up Mixer out of Desperation, there where no partners streaming (shocked face) so I just left Mixer in the Warframe Directory while I played a little Warframe and after a few missions I got an in game mail with the pallet. So no clue if it was the fact I left Mixer Idling in the WF directory of if Twitch drops where just being OMGWTFBBQ slow to resolve 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
