I wanted to have a Umbra slot so I used it on a slot on my Saryn Prime. It reset my Warframe expectedly. But left my slot normal. WTF RaidersRawesom15 on PS4 do these tickets get looked into and fixed on my account? Does someone respond to this I don't know how this works. Will DE be able to fix this Umbra Forma slot on my sayrn I litterally just used it and it blanked it out and didnt even change my slot like. Rawbeard Posted October 15, 2019 Share Posted October 15, 2019 if they can figure out what happened they should be able to at least restore the forma itself, I am not sure if they would add the polarity, but since there is no real question what umbra adds I can see them just doing that. don't stress, at worst you lose one "leveling cycle". be patient, I guess. if you dont need your saryn, don't use it until the issue is resolved, I guess.
