Duplicate weapons are not okay

I ve had 18 liches so far and I ve got 8 or so duplicate weapons. which all of them was pretty much in a row so without a new weapon or reward I ve wasted my time killing all that 8 liches

now, the valence transfering  to a new weapon while needed it doesnt help with duplicates at all I only had 2 weapons that had higher elements rest of them had lower stats than 29

so I just want to ask why there has been nothing done about duplicate weapons? trading the contract still is not a fix to it at least not directly, we still can get the same weapon considering I ve got 8 liches in a row with the same gun I would have to trade all of them? and I dont even know if there will be a LIMIT to this whole trade your lich stuff I mean its not like this is some loot package and you get the same duplicate all the time eh? we are grinding and wasting our time and we dont want that.

It should give a minimum +5% bonus. So, if u mix 2 weapons, at least wins a little bonus dmg (up to 60%, of course).

What if the Valence system could burn a lower-stat weapon to slightly increase the roll of the high-stat weapon? Think The Division's "Optimisation Station." Burn items into resources, burn resources to incrementally upgrade the rolls on existing items.
