Just did a mission where the Lich spawned relatively in the same exact location I spawned in when I started the mission, over 600m away. After getting killed, my other squadmates finished the mission and went to extract over 1km away while I picked off some Thralls that spawned near the Lich. If I wanted to run a fkn km, I'd have gone to Plains or Vallis. Kuva Lich's should be spawning in front of the player, or at least within 100m, never 500-1000m away.
