Status Procs and Limbo's Stasis

Why was it removed that Limbo's Stasis no longer pauses the duration of Status Effects, even though in his in-game tooltips it is stated enemies will continue to be damaged by Status Effects while under the effects of Stasis? It's not even overpowered, Nullifiers still screw Limbo over and it's not like he scales amazingly well. CC is nice and all but if you can't kill them, even with them being unable to react, what's the point? This even gave rise to niche builds to use the enemies as little health buffers. What's worse is this change wasn't even stated in the Patch Notes. Why do you hide this information? Because no one plays Limbo? How insulting.

For the same reason why full slows no longer give equal amounts of condition duration. Devs didnt think of the builds it enabled and just wanted gara glassing and possibly frost 4 n atlast gaze be spammable without care.

It shouldn't be that difficult to give an exception to Stasis. Limbo struggles with scaling as is.

The patch which changed how reeze/petrify/stasis/enemy pause effects worked also meant full slows (aka almost every slow other than baruuk and titania) no longer actually slow everything tied to a enemy resulted in status procs no longer getting a duration boost equal to the slow, which is extra painful for cold procs which could be picked/dropped on later with a weapon swap to indirectly increase slash n toxin stacks (or pepper the area with pox, torid or mutalist clouds beforehand).
