This is an actual mechanic for the game. Read what he put dude. The game isn't spawning the enemies you have to kill to get the hemocyte to spawn. It's happening to me right now. We just capped terry in a super non-meta squad just because it refuses to spawn anything but voms. Now we're standing around the boil doing rain dances to get spawn and I have time to type this because spawn is so broken. And this is what happens every time we start from bounty tent. Every time. Now that you know about it just don't restart from the plains. Exit through the gate and restart. I'm sure they'll fix it soon™.
