I think the saddest of all bosses is Zanuka Hunter... I mean, G3 are as obsolete and irrelevant as Zanuka, but at least we don't have Mara Brakk.

My first guess was Stalker, but he got his lore, drops are good (Dread) and for newer players without operators unlocked he actually can pose some threat.

I disagree. I am so tired of Vay Hek's voice. 

Maybe it is because I did the raid so many times. I missed the old days where Uncle Hek just offered me hugs. Current Hek is my vote for most annoying. 

Most Tedious goes to the boss with the most invincibility frames.
