The song almost came instantly to me but it took some time to make a better formula. I worked har and I hope you like it. (Me:) Well as we set out on our rail jack... as drunk as drunk could be I saw an AFK on board, where my old gunner should be. So I calls the crew and I ask em, "Would ya kindly tell to me... Who's sitting here AFK where my old gunner should be?!" (Crew:) Ahhhhhh! Ya drunk, ya drunk, ya silly old fool! Still ya cannot see?! That's a special new Specter that the Lotus sent to me! It’s kinda 2 am anyways but like I’ve decided to write a short story in shanty form about a crew who has a Kuva Lich as their second in command. The Lich is a good dude and he’s very responsible. I give you, “Hail the Kuva” (Beginning this starts like a calm origin, like the introduction to a movie.) Light up the engines, and call down the captain. so does call the Kuva liches. Throttle the thrusters, and load up the guns, so does call the Kuva liches Onwards to battle, to test all our mettle so does call the Kuva liches.... <Chorus> (This chorus is excited and energetic, as if this was a rock segment) HAIL THE KUVA, HAIL! HAIL THE KUVA, HAIL THE KUVA... HAIL THE KUVA HAIL! HAIL THE KUVA LICH, OUR HERO! (Repeat Chorus) Rack up a slug, to fight off the galleons Rack up a slug, protect the Kuva! Hammer and nail, with laser and sweat and blood, Hammer and nail, wielded all by the Kuva! With the captains pride, and the grineers shame and anguish, The Kuva prevailed! So called the Kuva Liches!!! He returned home, to much of his own surprise, there set up was, a celebration to their hero! <Cue Chorus> After many years, since he’s been long turned to dust, He still lives on, as our great hero! A symbol of honour, respect and a martyr... For his last deed, was dying in combat! He sailed on a mission, for love he was missing, his dearest departed, revenge they deserved! He took on a galleon, with fists and a mallet, and steered the damn thing, INTO A FOMORIAN FLEET! <Cue Chorus but with a calmer, hushed tone> Welp I did it. I think it was pretty good. This is made with that in mind, with refrains in italics and calls in bold. The last three syllables (give or take) are meant to be a little more emphatic.
