More frequent chances for high plat discount?

Is this true by any extent? I would love to have some insight around this. If true, explains my luck with the Platinum discounts lately (Maybe there's not even any causal relationship between plat discounts and my MR17 account)

I'd say no, you'd have a better chance of being hit by lightning, I wouldn't stress I'm MR28 and 3/4 and the whole time I've played the game I have only ever had two 75% off plat deals, while my clan mates get them regularly.

You'll come to like your orokin cells and gallium daily rewards over time when you have thousands of them.

was about to say... Mr26/27/28 should be all the ones who will be most likely be getting 75% (perhaps to help keep them coming back ??)
