How long can u keep your lich until he ll go away?

I mean if he joins a mission, i want him to spawn his thralls. If  i dont attack him and just the thralls, will he stay until no more thralls left from him or ll he leave after some time?

Your Lich can stay for entire mission until you fail a parazon attempt and it will continue to spawn thralls up to 7-8.

However , Liches can leave mission if they have " Coward " or " Deserter " quirks. 

• Coward - Can leave the mission at low health.
• Deserter - Can leave the mission unexpectedly.

depending on the mission itself , you can get 7 to 8 extra thralls. he will stay until you down him 3 times.

Is there a chance, that he simply leaves after he dont spawn any more thralls? I mean i wanna try my parazon on him.

Nope, AFAIK lich will only leave after failed parazon attempt, downing them thrice without trying parazon or if all players are downed.

Actually they can leave, depends on quirks.
