Braton = Awesome?

My first love was the Latron, and later the Latron Prime. But I realised that I couldn't hit things for sh*t once I got past the sniping stage. I now play the Soma, because its short wind-up allows for single-shot sniping while still being capable of devastating full-auto.

I have well over 500 hours logged, and the Braton is still my most used weapon, according to my stats.

 

In truth, I stuck through with it all the way to Pluto or so, before finally deciding to build something new, which happened to be the Boltor. Even now, though, I always fall back onto my Braton if I want some straight out fun with guns.

 

Also, having seen some of the Armor 2.0 things they've shared, I can safely bet that the Braton will make Corpus cry as soon as Armor 2.0 comes in.

with braton/prime you don't have to commit to crit build, so no obligatory point strike, vital sense and hammer shot

 

that frees up mod capacity to get that heavy caliber in

Pretty old calc's. But still.

 

 

Actually I'm not that happy with those, let me re-do them. If you ignore my mod capacity calc I can add in the effect of every single mod to it, or I can do a specific build.

...until De finally comes through with the Braton Vandal buff that will put the puny Braton back where it belongs..far behind the Braton Vandal.

 

Its quite possible DE would actually add lore before buffing a discontinued weapon. But keep the faith ;)

Rifle Mutation......... DE &!$$es me off to no end with their event only MODS/Weapons that are superior in every way to the original.

I think they drop in infested survivals at 20 minutes and above.
