The original “balance weapon” idea already crush and burned into the abyss when DE decides to release riven using minimum weight for new weapon. It means they don’t know how powerful weapons are either. it is a mistake in the beginning and should be discarded. Alas it is too late, many ppl already “invested”(wasted) too much on it so they cannot stand being deprived of their investment. in the end, DE will probably keep the cheat mod on hand to keep those poor souls hooked.
