Amalgam Daikyu Target Acquired does not heal on nikana DoT procs (slash,toxin etc.)

On the wiki page of Amalgam Daikyu Target Acquired it says that "The life steal from Nikanas applies to all of their attacks and DoT status effects, such as  Slash damage."

Well not anymore,i discovered this today and tested it in simulacrum and a normal mission, i am not sure if this is a host only problem because i tested it solo.

I hope this gets fixed soon, we are losing a good chunk of HP because of this bug. (Normal hits still life steal tho).

Still an issue, only works on normal hits when it used to heal from DoTs
