How do isolation vault rewards work now?

Mission selection screen says:

"While in the Cambion Drift:
Clear 1 Vault to access new Bounties.
Clear 3 Vaults for the rarest rewards!"

Yet the Wiki reward tables - which should be automatically created directly from data - don't differentiate between how many vaults you have done.

Does the vault clearing count really matter at all with the rewards?
If it does, how is it counted?
Do I have to open the vault for the rewards to advance or just do the mission?
Do I have to open 3 vaults / do 3 missions, without returning to Necralisk, for the rare rewards?
Does the count reset each day?
Does the count reset at all?

Originally the vaults lined up differently than they do now.  The bounty in game listed all the rewards in groups of common, uncommon and rare.  What would happen is the T1 vault gave you something common, the T2 something uncommon and the T3 something rare.  Additionally, to do the T3 vault you had to first do the T1 and T2.

With the change to rewards in 29.6.0 that is no longer the case.  They reconfigured the drops, put them in rotations, and allow you to do any vault you want without needing to do some other vault(s) as a pre-req.

 Isolation / Arcana Bounty Changes & Fixes:

    Rebalanced Isolation Vault rewards to account for corrected behaviour where the base Isolation Vault was not dropping from all possible rewards.

        To break down the issue: From the changes in 29.5.9, you would get one reward for completing the whole Isolation Vault and the one it gives you is from the “bin” matching the difficulty of the Isolation Vault. So a Tier 1 (Level 30-40) Isolation Vault could only roll from the "Commons" bin, Tier 2 (Level 40-50) Isolation Vaults could only roll from the "Uncommons", and Tier 3 only from "Rares".

        The Isolation Vault Bounties now combine all 3 newly balanced tiers. You can see the droptable breakdown on our Official PC Droptable site.
