Night wave Intermission Tasks Completed (Did not Complete them)

Apologies if I missed that this is known, I have yet to work on this week's Intermission tasks, and admittedly I'm unsure when this occured but I had 4 tasks mark as complete (without giving standing). They are mine 6 rare things on Plains, Complete 3 Spies, Forma a thing and kill Profit-Taker.  Would just like to be able to do a couple of these to actually gain the standing, if not possible to fix you might be able to check it out to understand what might have happened. Update! So reloading the game fixed this, I did test if it was a visual error and forma'd something and it didn't work and now that everything is reflecting correctly no completion on the forma task, strange but all is right but might be worth looking into ^_^

1st time it happened to me reloading fixed it.  Next time it was broken over more than 1 week before it allowed me to do any tasks.  Forum posts on this go back as far as February as far as I saw.  It def needs attention.
