I think i got a negative attack speed bow riven bug

Hi,

I admit i'm not sure if this is the right area to post this, but couldn't get where i should have, so today i got a riven for the dread very strong, but with 60% negative attack speed, placed it and realized it was adding a lot of time to the charging animation (A LOT), so i checked exactly the stats and realized this:

Charge time of 5 seconds, from 0.50.
Then i realized that it doubles for bows, but didn't seem right.

so i tried to put in a critical delay instead of the riven, and this happened:

0.83 sec so the riven really doesn't seem right.

The only thing i might think of is a problematic math calculation as with old status effect on shotguns (when within 99.9% and 100% there was a leap in status procs)

With the Riven, you should have

Charge Time = 0.5 seconds / (1 - 1.2) = -2.5 seconds

but negative numbers don't really make sense here, thus the game apparently puts a cap on Fire Rate reduction,
the cap being at -0.9 (i.e. 90% reduction) would fit exactly what you're getting:

Charge Time = 0.5 seconds / (1 - 0.9) = 5 seconds

Ok, thanks for the information, as i didn't know the formula i was not sure if there may had been an issue, but if that's it i guess i'll have to work around it or reroll it.

as for the 0.83 attack speed wasn't a possible bug report, but just my way to show that it didn't seem right as without knowing the formula i had no other way to show the exponential charge time.
