If an enemy is already in undertow and I cast tentacle swarm is the enemy effected but pilfering swarm? and what about the pull ability? like if I drag an enemy into undertow by using the tentacle drag you do when aiming and using the shoot button while in undertow is that enemy effected by pilfering swarm? I know when you ground slam that tentacle takes on the pilfering swarm effect but I can't find anything about its interactions with undertow.
