Warframe is about killing things. Warframe does not usually require you to read your screen.

This can cause much frustration when your matchmade team keeps on killing enemies when doing a capture target and failing to get your bonus reward because they are too thick in the skull to realize they aren't met to do that and are shooting the people with an above 2nd grade reading level in the foot.

Solution? If you are concerned about this objective taking too little time maybe add killing 10 enemies as a secondary objective or just slap a timer on the capture target that way you are not discouraging players from what the main point of the game is. killing things and getting max loots.

I can only agree on this topic, it's way too easy to fail the bonus objective, so a different bonus requirement would be better.

You can fail it because of a pet killing something.  You can fail it after capturing the target right up until th ereward notification comes up.  You can be playing solo, in Operator form, in Void Mode and not attacking, and fail because your Kavat caught up and killed somone before the game processed the fact that the objective has been completed.
