Stance Polarity Changed

So I just realized that the Stance Polarity (Unairu) on my Dakra Prime was swapped with a Madurai Mod Polarity and I didn't do it. When I tried swapping the two a "stance polarity cannot be swapped" error pops up. Has this happened to anyone else and can this be fixed? 

I'll update after the Dakra is maxed & I try to use Polarization.

You mean you had previously Forma'd the Stance slot (for Iron Phoenix) to Unairu?

Because Madurai is the default Polarity on that.

That is entirely normal, stuff like Stance / Aura / Exilus Polarities cannot be swapped (DE why tho).
