Kuva Lich was killed correctly but host left mission and now my lich is alive again bug.

I was able to kill my kuva lich correctly on a mission but for some reason instead of completing the mission the host left and completed the mission but instead of the lich staying dead he came back to life and has no influence on the planet map so there is no way for me to spawn him again and rekill him.

This is what I thought as well. Check Saturn Proxima.
