Baruuk: Augment ideas for Elude & Desolate Hands.

Elude's augment
Allies within 10m (+/- Range) gain 50% (+/- Strength) effect.
(Projectiles evaded by allies erode Baruuk's restraint)
+45° (+/- Strength) base angle (~20° if Exilus)

Desolate Hands' augment
No longer damages, staggers, disarms, or alarms enemies.
+300% Blast status. (+/- Strength)
1.5x max # daggers dispense 1.5x faster
Lull enhances effects while active.
(Dagger count & blast durations do not decay while Lull is on cooldown.)

Either could arguably be Exilus.
*Elude's may influence ehp through faster Restraint, and improved circumstantial evasion. Though the evasion is not necessarily a disqualifying factor of exilus.
*Desolate Hands' does not directly improve DPS, though may influence overall melee through Condition Overload or Healing Return.

~Now, I'm gonna level with ya here.
My Baruuk is just built different, y'all.
I love Elude and Lull, Desolate hands is an absolute mess to me as is, and I removed my ult.
However, this gives me a perspective on what his kit can do, beyond lobbing exalted combos and facetanking.

He's super close to having stealthy party buff frame potential, but absolutely can't with his current kit. Either one lends new opportunity to less appreciated aspects of his kit, dramatically changing dynamics in his playstyle and 'place' in a squad.
