99% sure it's wanted. Abilities are not supposed to work on Arbitration Drones in any way.

Even though in Titania's case it's not like her weapons work any different from any other weapon. Unlike Mesa's regulators, which have aimbot.

Yes, I agree with @(PSN)Hikuro-93, this is intended : exalted weapons are considered as abilities and they don't work on Arbitration drones, which are imune to warframe abilities. It's not only Titania's weapons, but also Valkyr Talons, Excalibur exalted blade, Wukong staff... It applies to every exalted blade.

As other players pointed out, this was intentional albeit bad design? They tried to water down nukes and aimbots to make a more challenging mode but things like Razorwing and normal exalted weapons got affected while players literally just switched over to an explosive AoE or huge range room clearing melee weapon in order to compensate..

Titania is actually really good at hunting drones in Arbitrations though. I would recommend adding cast speed to your Warframe to switch in and out of Razorwing quickly, then get -gravity from a mod like Tractor Beam or Aero Vantage and either an Aerial Ace / Pax Soar kitgun or especially if you are using pistol arcanes focus on an explosive secondary that will benefit from the arcanes when you switch. They're going to wish you had stayed in Razorwing ^^
