Are Veil Proxima enemies meant to have 500 billion EHP worth of Overguard?

I have no trouble killing regular Proxima enemies, but then I come across an Eximus and I'm just better off avoiding them. I'm blasting a Nullifier Eximus, one of the units that feel it should be on the squishier side, with slash, viral, magnetic damage and neither makes a dent in their overguard.

That's probably the result of innate arbitrary damage resistances (80%), if Overguard is including it when it shouldn't.

Railjack Enemies have Undocumented Steel Path Modifiers and to make matters worse...they have a 250% Damage Increase that even Steel Path enemies don't have...😝
