I just finished building both night and day aspect for equinox after almost 20 runs of beating tyl regor... but once once I hit claim after 72 hours it just disappeared  nowhere to be found I grinded hard for this warframw and was wondering if anyone else has ran into this?

Night and Day aspects of Equinox aren't actual warframes and cannot be equiped (yet if you open your inventory you'll be able to see them there). They are just parts of Equinox and now you need to craft the actual Equinox from those two aspects.

No, you just need to craft 1 Day form, 1 Night form and then craft the actual Equinox itself.

Go to the market and buy the main blueprint with credits, then you should be able to build Equinox.
